Happy New Year
A quick look back at the TT-Scale and TT-Tracks highlights of 2022:
A good start to the year with setups at the BCSME.
then doldrums until:
GREAT NEWS - PECO announces TT-track and buildings.
Then even GREATER NEWS - Hornby goes All-In on TT Scale with TT-120 announcements. Train Sets, Locomotives, Cars, Track, Buildngs and more.
December 16 my Hornby TT-120 Scotsman train set arrives.

Happy Birthday
TT-Tracks is Twelve. Ignoring the lost years (2021-2022) we have come a long way in twelve years.
Events so far in 2023.
Small group for diner on the 28th at the new Bin4 Burger place in Burnaby. $$ and Noisy.
February 9 - My Hornby Easterner Train Set arrived. Another winner.
 The Easterner Train Set .
February 10 - Put sound in the Easterner locomotive using a SoundTraxx US Steam decoder and an ESU Sugar Cube speaker.
Other than North American sounds instead of UK, it was easy and sounds OK.
Ordered up Next18 adaptors so I can wire in a SoundTraxx TSU-1100 UK Steam decocder.
February 11 - ordered more stuff from Hornby: track, buildings and another locomotive.
Should be here by the 17th. DHL got the Customs Duty right this time!
February 16 - (a day early)My shipment of Horny TT-120 roduct arrived.
 Third Hornby Shipment .
Two coaches to add to the Easterner train set, Station strucures (Station, Signal Tower, Pedestrian overbridge, and too many station platform pieces. I ordered what I though was enough for two platforms, but because I read the product description wrong, I ended up with enough for four platforms. looks like I will have two stations. Track: two turnouts, a circle of fourth radius and a few short straight pieces to widen the oval.
Things we hope to do this year.
BCSME setup before they open on Good Friday
April 2, 2023 I will be at the Nanaimo show with the GuiTtar case and the Hornby Train Sets.
This is what I am planing to run. Nanaimo Setup .
A double track oval with the GuiTTar Case display in the center. Unless I have a helper, I will run one or the other. Too many chances of an accident if I try and run both at the same time. I hope to have a spare cataloge or two for handouts, and a one page handout, either from Hornby or my own design.
Summer at BCSME - Maybe
The NMRA National is too far away - Texas, so unless a miracle occurs, we will not be going. But then out of the blue Hornby jumped into TT-120 so who knows.
September at the Sydney (Victoria) show
September possible BCSME setup
October 2023 Display at Chilliwack. Unknown
November 2023 Vancouver Train Expo.
Things to work on in 2023:
  • Finish 30 Degree Corner module with Peco Track.
  • New modules with Peco Track and buldings to be built.
  • New or updated modules with Hornby Buildings. Possible a Minories as a run through or branch line module set.
  • Work on TT Train Models
  • Scenery - Scenery - Scenery
  • Short Bridge Module
  • Standard length bridge module.
  • Equipment
  • CP Rail Cabooses
  • Upgrade Legacy equipment with new trucks.
  • Upgrade work train
  • Second F unit with sound.
Of course not all this will get done but it is something to aim for.
