Introduction to The UBC Wargamers set of System 7 Rules

Addition.

These rules are the University of British Columbia Sunday night crew's version of System 7.

As we fought battles with the original System 7 rules, we found holes in the rules, vague rules, non-existent rules, etc.. Thus we developed our own fixes, changes or additions to the rules. These rules are the result of several years of playing System 7. They contain the full set of the old rules plus our changes. The rules changes or additions are in red type.

In some cases I have noted the nature of the changes (ie additons, rewording, clarification, new rules, etc.) with a note in Lime .

Note! These rules are not written in stone. If you dislike a rule change and the other players in the game agree with you, you do not have to use it. You should however, to avoid turning the game into pure Fantasy, stick to the original core of System 7 rules.

Suggestions on changes, clarifications, simplifications or improvements are always welcome.
