UBC System 7 Napolenics Rules
These are the UBC System 7 Napoleonics Rules. They are developed from the
Game Designers' Workshop System 7: Rules Booklet, Copyright 1978, Game

Rule 18: Infantry Fire
A non-skirmishing infantry unit that has not expended more than
half its movement allowance may fire its weapons. Skirmishers may move a
full turn and fire.
C. Modifiers to the Die Roll.
2. If the target is a column or square, or in battalion
mass . . .
5. If the firing battalion is British Or K.G.L: +1.
E. Skirmishers. Skirmishers may make a half move without
affecting their fire. If they move the full turn, they fire as if the range step were one range greater
than it really is.
F. Over Head Fire. Due to the inaccuracy of the weapons of the
era, infantry may not fire over their own units.
