These are the UBC System 7 Napoleonics Rules. They are developed from the Game Designers' Workshop System 7: Rules Booklet, Copyright 1978, Game Designers' Workshop. D. Routing Generals.

If a general is attached to a unit that routs, he may not be used to rally that unit. He does not apply any morale bonus to that units morale checks until the unit is rallied.
